- Chocolate Chip Muffins *yummm* XDD -

Yummmmm~! I just love to eat/savor Chocolate + Chocolate Chip Muffins!! It just so happens that I so-ooo love to bake them too! XDD! I made some muffins the other day.. habis kena kebas by my family members. *sweatdrop* =_= anyways, here's a recipe from the Nigella Feast Book on how to do Chocolate + Chocolate Chip Muffins!! ^_^

Ingredients:

• 250g plain flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• Half-teaspoon bicarbonate soda
• 2 tablespoons best quality cocoa
• 175g caster sugar
• 150g chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling later)
• 250ml milk
• 90ml vegetable oil
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract

How to Make:

1. Preheat the oven to 200C and fill a 12-bun muffin tray with paper cases.
2. Weigh out the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a measuring jug.
3. Mix both together – it will be a runny batter - then spoon into waiting muffin cases.
4. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top then cook for 20 minutes or until the muffins are risen and springy.
5. This recipe makes about 12 muffins.

As you can see, it's quite easy to bake them. so far, i've bake 3 types of muffins already. The first muffin batch i made was Blueberry Muffins, then it was the Orange Poppy seeds Muffins, and then upgraded to Chocolate + Chocolate Chip Muffins. Every time i bake a new batch, i tried experimenting here and there. I figured out that margarine makes the cakes taste so much better than using butter or vegetable oil. ^_^

Ok! This post is going to be about make-up! XD

- Cat-ish eyes!!! XD -

=_= I was doing this make-up model thing at Body Shop, Wisma Merdeka for Goshop.com! We did the whole thing on July 18, 2008. >.< Sun Lustre Bronzer, which gives the cheeks a slimming effect.

Well, first when we arrived at the shop, Beverley was already there waiting. *yay!* Then I sat at the chair and Beverley started the make-up session. She started pulling out stray hairs from my eyebrows and trim it a little. After that, she cleanse and tone my face. She started applying foundation on my face. It was number 05. The concealer was number 04. Then there was the eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow penciling, and the pink blusher. XD

Its not really that obvious on the photos and upclose-and-personal, it really makes my cheeks look slimmer. *smiles* Lastly, Beverley applied some lip balm, lipstick and lip gloss. *yay!* it took about roughly one hour++ to do the whole make-up session.

So, after the whole make-up session, we took a few pictures and said our goodbyes. Later it was par-tay at Caleb's house (Caleb's birthday was on the next day).

City Mall Autofair 2008
Kota Kinabalu: City Mall Autofair 2008 had successfully held the largest indoor automotive extravaganza! The four-day event included a car show featuring various makes and models from more than 22 major carmakers and more than 8000 sq ft of vendor spaces that offered a plethora of automotive, parts, accessories, and government services.

The event had successfully drawn more than 20,000 visitors interacting with some of the well-known automotive players in the industry.

The event has also drawn a group of photography enthusiasts namely members of Kinabalu Photography Club for the photographing competition. All winners and lucky draws were announced during the prize giving ceremony at Central Atrium at City Mall on 26 July 2008 which was graced by the presence of Datuk Clement Yeh and Datuk KY Mustafa who are the patrons of KPC.

Remember my last post about this Citymall Autofair thingy? Here's the link. Hehe~ I've been procrastinating in doing the post about it. Somehow Daddy got excited to see my face on the newspaper. *malu* :P Anyways, I went to the prize giving ceremony with Jim. I borrowed a DSLR camera from the office to let Jim take the pictures. XD Here's the list of the stuffs i won from the lucky draw.

• Panasonic 2-Burner Gas Stove
• Ambi Pur Citrus Hamper (Automatic Spray + Car Refresher + Spray)
• Car Fuel Saver System (power system + filter)
• Celcom Goodie Bag (tumbler + pen)

I kept the Celcom Goodie Bag, DVD Player and the Ambi Pur Sprays. I gave Jim the Car Fuel Saver System and the car air refresher. I gave Mummy & Daddy the Gas Stove. Mummy bising this, that she wanted something from my share too. =_= Photos!!!

You know what? When i got the call from Citymall management, i was like, "OMG! Did i win car??" and then when the woman on the phone told me what i won, i was kinda dissapointed. XP I was so-ooo hoping that i would win a car! XDDD! I would definitely be damn pshcyed and happy if i got a Honda Civic or Honda City. ~_~ huhu..

i just bought myself an external hard disk today, at the PC Fair. I'm so happy that got myself a 250GBs 2.5 Sata external HDD (the small/portable type). *throws confetti* huhu! at the PC Fair, there were pretty nurse-dressed and silver-hot promoter chicks at the entrance giving out leaflets too! *sheepish grins* ~_~ (its fanservice!! i demand more cosplayers) huhu, tapi sayang tiada male cosplayer there. T_T oh well, at least the male-frontdesk people, some are quite good looking. :P

ok, here's the details:

• 2.5 SATA HDD is 250 GBs = RM 225 (the stall around the back of the hall, past the stairs)
• SATA (only) 2.5 external casing = RM 29 (the stall near the GIGABYTE stall, at the sides)
• total = RM 254.00!!! (went over budget of RM250.. T_T)
  

imho, its the cheapest i could find in KK's PC Fair on Friday afternoon. By Sunday, it'll either be all gone(!) or the prices would've been marked down so low it'll probably break my heart. =_=

anyways, just come over and go to the PC Fair 2008 at Sabah Trade Centre, KK. its only from the August 8th(Friday) til the 10th (Sunday). It'll be open from 9AM till 9PM. Bargains Bargains! BARGAINS!! XDD

oh! for the record, happy anniversary-monthsary to my darling, Jim Marvick! *hugskisses* ^_^

ALRITEZ!!! My Saturday was a blast! XD

Last Saturday was the Sabahan Bloggers Gathering at Imperial Hotel. I really had a great time there and i get to meet so many people at the gathering. ^_^ There lots of food and prizes to be won during the lucky draws. Lots of handsome men and beautiful women too. *sheepish smiles*

First off, Me and Marissa arrived at the scene (XD) at around 630pm plus and we got our goodie bags and Starbucks Coffee! I met Julian, Dino, Fara, Jacq, Melissa and Andy here. Wrote our names on our dog-tags and went off to find seats in the event hall. Me and Marissa went to sit at the comfy red sofas near the salad table. Oh, Shu Di and Fiona (representatives from CANON) came to sit with us. Daniel (Gallivanter) went around introducing himself to us. I went around for a bit and I met Alice, Caleb and Daniel Lee. After a while the crowd starting flowing in and the party started at 73opm.

Oh! There were music performances and the MCs' Fara and DJ Selina Light was great and entertaining. The DJ's music selection was nice and the way the seats was arranged in the event was comfortable and very private-party-ish. (which i so totally love!)

I finally got myself a digi camera after my sis, Audrey dropped by at the lobby to pass it to me. (thanks Alice!) When i went back up, i was listening to Louis Pang giving some tips and and short intro by Robb (Nuffnang). Then there were short intros from the MCs and some music performances. I started clicking with my camera. *evil grin*

They started serving food. I went to the salad first, then ice cream, then for some eggs and chicken. :P Genova and Terence came to our table to eat dinner together and both Marissa and me started to get to know them. I shared some ice cream + vodka with Genova. hehehe~ For the rest of the evening, the were a lot mingling, taking photos and lucky draws shouts and antics. XD! PHOTOS!!

And that's all my photos for the night! ^_^ After the event, I followed the CSP-ians to yamcha near Kepayan together with Marissa. All in all, we had a wonderful time at the gathering.
