Pandora Saga

ELVES! OMG! *fangirling* XD!

Hahaha~! The main thing that attracted me to play Pandora Saga was the elves actually. (i'm such an easy thing to bait if there's elves). After playing this game for quite a while now (since Open Beta started), i've become quite addicted to this game. *laughs*

Hmm, the graphics for the game is really nice. With my previous computer (Scorpio II), all the landscapes had broken light and dark areas and boxy. I couldn't see any mist too. T_T I had to buy a new computer (Sora to Kaze) just to enjoy playing this game at home. =.= (this game pushed me to use my savings to buy a better computer! hahaha!)

Previously i made a post (click click) about Pandora Saga in August. Haha! At that time I haven't got my new computer yet~

- Pandora Saga : In Astir Neutral Territory (Central) -

The first place all players start in the game is in Astir Neutral Territory. If you're new to the game, i suggest to do the tutorial quest in the beginning to get some free armor for your character. Well, when i started out this game, I initially made an archer. But as time goes by, my archer was making me spend too much in-game gold, so i started playing a wizard. From then on, i stick to being a wizard throughout the rest of the game. =)

- Pandora Saga : Leveling aka. Grinding -

After some leveling (whacking maggots and jackals), you'll end up having to choose which nation to join when you want to change your job (lvl 20). There are a total of 3 nations to choose from, albeit Varik The North Clan Union (Union), St. Pfelstien Kingdom (Kingdom), and Latuga Empire (Empire). When you joined a nation already, you will have a crystal gem next to your name to show which nation you belong to.

- Pandora Saga : Varik The North Clan Union -

The North Clan Union was united by a several joint tribal group, most of the tribal came from a common ancestor. The North Clan Union was ruled by the Great Mentors. The North Clan Union commanded on the north side of the land, with neutral and sea resources. The Clan economy remained focused on Agricultural and Fisheries and the sector is still underdevelopment. The clan like to planned surprise attack to other two nations during trade mission. Most of the citizens are farmers and fisherman and these citizens have been trained as combat soldier to carry out assassination mission.

From my view, the environment is really cool. Being in the mountains and constantly surrounded by mist makes the place look like its from the Vampires age or the Victorian age. ^_^

- Pandora Saga : St. Pfelstien Kingdom -

St. Pfelstien Kingdom is the Kingdom of Noble Kings. Initially St. Pfelstien Kingdom was ruled by king. The nation was bound with a two-tier ruling system where the Pope holds a great deal of power in the nation. St. Pfelstien Kingdom commanded on the east side of the land, with natural and human resources. Citizen of St. Pfelstien kingdom revolved within the capital for daily society activity, where there is no city outside the capital. St. Pfelstien Kingdom economy remained focused on agricultural and the sector is still underdevelopment because citizen only operates inside the capital. Most citizens in St. Pfelstien were bound with religion, where citizen believe in GOD and this believing has remain as the spiritual pillar of the nation.

Hmm, Kingdom is very lush and greeeeeeeeeeeeen! The scenery in Kingdom is very castle-like. Reminds me of the time of King Arthur and of knights, a very medieval-like theme.

- Pandora Saga : Latuga Empire -

The Empire was ruled by the Emperor. The Emperor was nominate by the senate and vote by the public. The Emperor and the senate were two co-equal branches of the empire, where the Emperor controls most of the power . Latuga Empire commanded on the west side of the land, with natural and human resources. Latuga Empire economy remained focused on trading and compared with the other two nations it is very well developed on the commercial sector due to prevailing trade in the territory. Latuga Empire also has the highest develop transportation network among the two nations due to its landmark. As the Empire expanded, people from a variety of cultures join the Empire. The worship of an ever increasing number of deities was tolerated and accepted as long as they willing to contribute and sacrifice to the Empire as a declaration of loyalty to the Emperor.

Empire immediately reminded me of Morroc (from Ragnarok Online). = = The sand-everywhere and the music theme was Arabian-ish. The desert theme makes me imagine that I'm in Baghdad.

- Pandora Saga : Epic War (War of 3 Nations) -

When you hit lvl 25, you can join the epic war for your nation. I suggest for you to join the war so that you'll get accustomed to the ways of how to kill and how not to get killed. Because when you hit lvl 30, you can enter Muldia, the Uncivilized District territory. Muldia is the pk map of Pandora Saga. In this map, you can pk (player kill) other nations and gain honor points. Other nation members will appear in RED. You can choose whether to kill them or be in peace mode with them.

There are various sizes of monsters/mobs. There is the Day/Night mob system that makes different types of mobs appear in the same map. The various types of mobs are insect types (ie. maggots), animal types (ie. jackals), flying types (ie. bats), human type (ie. rouges), reptile type (ie. snakes), ghost type (ie. zooplankton), devil type (ie. devils), and undead types (skeletons). Oh and there's the unique boss types too.

- Pandora Saga : A certain monster's feet -

This is a picture of the largest (non-aggro) unique boss that I've come across with in Pandora Saga. Even when riding the big horse, I still feel puny standing right next to this boss.

- Pandora Saga : Millennium Tree (Mt. Jortio Foothills) -

And its called the Millennium Tree! Haha! This unique boss is very big. You can find it in Mt. Jortio Foothills. I would liked to see a full pt kill this thing and take a screenshot of it. XD

Hehehe~! I've made quite a number of friends in this game. XD Its a good game too. *smiles* Anyways, I'm waiting for the new patch update for the game. Its kinda boring when there's no new updates for the game. =_=

oh well.. *continues with MMO gaming*
